What is covered?
Our warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects under normal use, such as an issue with the setting, stone security, finish, or craftsmanship that was not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, perfume, lotions, cosmetics, harsh chemicals, incorrect storage, bending, dropping, impacts, swimming, cleaning products, or natural wear over time.
